Please contact me through the contact form, selecting the title of the artwork and the country where you live so I can calculate the shipping costs.
Once that is done, I will send you a Paypal link (or bank transfer information) through which you can complete the payment.
When you wouldn't receive that payment link within 24 h, something went wrong and it's better to contact me again..
Once the payment is received, the painting will be shipped from Belgium within 4 days unless it would be on exhibition..
If that would be the case, I will clearly mention that..
Please note that shipping costs can be quite substantional for big and heavy paintings. Check the table on the bottom of the page for more information and aproximate shipping prices.
For customers from Belgium there is also the possibility to pick up the painting at my studio.
In that case, payment can also be done at the spot in cash.
If for some reason the artwork doesn't turn out the way you expected, you have the right to return it within a period of two weeks.
The shipping costs for the return are at the buyers expense.
If the artwork is returned in good condition and without damage, I will refund you the amount without the price of the initial shipping costs
I always pack my artwork very carefully and well protected.. For paintings on canvas I construct a wooden crate with fitting sizes, for the ones painted on hardboard, I use cardboard and plenty bubble plastic
However, through extreme rough handling something could go wrong..
If so, provide me with proof (pictures) as soon as the artwork arrives.
Paintings are insured for 500 euro if damage is done by postal service..
Damaged paintings with a higher price can not be completely refunded..
